Consultations and Treatments​

 

Cancellations: Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled without any penalty if done at least 72 hours before the scheduled time. If a cancellation is made within 12 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be charged.

 

No-shows: If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without giving prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the service cost will be charged.

Refunds: Generally, refunds for consultations and treatments are not provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with the service, a review will be conducted. Based on the review, a partial refund or credit for future services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

 

Programs and Packages​

Cancellations: Program and package purchases can be canceled within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no services have been utilized.

​

Partial use: If services within a package have been partially used, a prorated refund will be calculated based on the full price of the used services, minus any discounts applied to the package

​

Non-refundable: After 7 days from the purchase date, programs and packages are non-refundable.
